Boarding Rates & Services.
Full Board
$425 per month*
Includes a 12 x 12 ft. stall, daily stall cleaning and shaving replacement,
daily turnout, top quality hay or alfalfa, daily wormer, grain and water.
Inspection each day for health and injuries.
Other amenities include use of indoor or outdoor arena, round pen, heated
wash rack, use of conditioned tack room and tenant kitchen/bath facilty.
Ferrier or veterinary needs coordinated by barn supervision. The cost
of these services is the boarder’s responsibility.
*Minimum one-year contract is required. Current Coggins
and health certificate required.
Optional services: monthly trailer storage and pasture board.
Pasture Board
$250 per month includes pasture, access to fresh water, grain fed two
times a day, daily worming, and supplemental hay as needed. Inspection
each day for health and injuries. Loafing sheds in each pasture area.
Other amenities include use of indoor or outdoor arena, round pen, heated
wash rack, use of conditioned tack room and tenant kitchen/bath facility.
Overnight Boarding
$40 per horse, per day.*
Owner provides feed/hay.
Overnight boarding is contingent on stall availability.
Coggins and health certificate required.
